- Week 1
Join the team
Meet the team, the tools, and the product you will build. You go through the PRD together, set up your environment, and merge your first small PR before the week is out.
- Week 2
Architecture and first tickets
The team turns the PRD into a technical architecture design (TAD) and a board of tickets. Standups, your first proper code reviews, and AI-assisted workflows become your daily rhythm.
- Weeks 3 and 4
Ship your first features
Features that run in production, not on your laptop. You write tests, handle review feedback, deploy, and watch your work go live.
- Weeks 5 and 6
Own work end to end
You take a feature from scope to production: plan it, build it, test it, ship it, monitor it. Bug triage, retros, and the occasional incident included, because that is the job.
- Week 7
Harden and polish
Production quality: error logging, monitoring, performance, and documentation. You also learn to tell the story of what you built, the way you will in interviews.
- Week 8
Demo day and proof
You present what you shipped. You leave with merged PRs, a portfolio, demo videos, references, and a certificate. Proof first, paper second.

The code you write is yours to keep and show employers.
Yes, it runs fully online. You need a laptop, a reliable connection, and time you can protect each week.
Yes. The founding cohort is $750 CAD, half the regular $1,500. You can pay it at once, split it into four interest-free payments with Klarna, or pay in three payments of $250 spread evenly across the program: one at the start, one in week 4, and one in week 7. This is something you pay for, not paid work. You are buying the team, the code review, and the mentorship, not being hired.
Yes, job support is included. We help you turn what you shipped into a portfolio and a CV, point you to junior roles worth applying for, and act as a reference based on the work you actually did. We cannot promise you a job, and we will not pretend to.
Tuesday 13 October 2026. It runs eight weeks, to Thursday 3 December, with live sessions on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 6 PM Atlantic Time, which is 5 PM Toronto and New York. Applications are reviewed as they arrive, so applying early helps.
